Those are different age of groups are ready to move forward with more difficult physical coordination, but continuing to foster their creative minds is crucial at this age . We explore improvised movement based on concepts such as levels & direction in space , quality & shape of movement . Students will learn posture , gain strength & conditioning all while gaining poise & grace . They will learn the traditional Barre exercises in a technical sound & begin to contact what they learned at the Barre & transfer to the center .
